Very Confused. Please Help

Description

I am running my hosting though godaddy right now and need to find a way to filter spam out for my organization.

I do not know if something like this will work for a shared server like that or if I am able to configure it for my domain.

If anyone can help me out with this I would greatly apprecaite it.
