adminhelp templates not accurate

Description
after committing [1091], I noticed that a number of options in desert_sand adminhelp.tpl changed that were not supposed to change. I think the template was not properly synced with the ocean_surf theme.
It needs inspection to restore it and/or ocean_surf to have the correct sections.
